Afterpay does NOT generally work for shoppers outside of the USA.   In some instances credit card information from overseas addresses will not be authorized.  This is not something we have control of and is at the discretion of Shopify and our websites programs.   We are not responsible for any duties or shipping charges that are added by Customs or any third party shipping agencies.

Most importantly it is the intention of Jennifer Knits, Inc and its employees to exceed your expectations.  This includes your online experience with jenniferknits.com.  We will do anything we can to go above and beyond for you!  We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.  We have to right to refuse to help you with your knitting if you are mean or unreasonable.  You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.  Meaning, WE CAN NOT SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!  Nor can we use it at a future date to bill and/or charge you for future purchases.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on jenniferknits.com through which the service is provided, without express written permission by Jennifer Knits, Inc and/or Jennifer Wenger-Turchen. You may not nor will you ever have permission to resell and/or copy any of our Jennifer Knits patterns, videos or designs.

We are not responsible if information made available on jenniferknits.com is not accurate, complete, up to date or current. Meaning, if something is unclear or seems to have an error, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to answer any questions.  We are not responsible if APPLE or any third party accesses your information from your device while shopping at jenniferknits.com
