Shipping Policy

It is our goal to ship orders within 2 to 3 business days which are Tuesday through Saturday (we are totally closed and home knitting Sunday/Monday).  Please allow extra time during during any/all holidays and/or when there are extreme weather conditions.  Delays may also occur during earthquakes, fires, tsunamis, tornedos or any other natural California distaster.  Delays may also occur in times of a pandemic, NOVAL VIRAS, war, presidential election or extreme protests.

Please make sure your shipping information is entered correctly.  We are not responsible for packages that have been shipped to an incorrect address, however, we will do our best to work with you to redirect your shipment and/or we will happily reship your order if it is returned to us.  

Please note that packages that are marked "delivered" but are not in your possession are not our responsibility to track, however, we will do what we can (from our Los Angeles location) to help you track it.  For fastest results, please contact your local post office to assist you in tracking down the delivery location of the package by using the tracking information we have provided to you.  WE WILL NOT REPLACE A LOST SHIPMENT THAT IS MARKED DELIVERED!  We also do NOT replace any lost packages that you have not requested to be insured.  

If you need a shipment sent overnight, the only options are FEDEX and UPS and you MUST call, email or text us so we notice your order promptly :-)

Packages valued $100 or less are automatically insured and if lost by the USPS, UPS or FedEx we will replace your package after 30 days of non-movement.
