Return Policy

Once an order is placed we generally are unable to make any changes or cancel the order.  However, if you feel you made an error (like you picked the wrong color or product) and you email us immediately, we can usually remedy the situation and get your order corrected prior to shipping!  Email support@jenniferknits.com asap or for the fastest service, follow up with a phone call to 310-471-8733. 

If an item is out of stock, we will ship to you as soon as it is available.  Generally, out of stock items/products ship within 30 days AND you will be notified IMMEDIATELY if an item is out of stock.  We do not charge you until we know we can ship!  With the exception of AFTERPAY, which charges you immediately.  If using AFTERPAY, please confirm your products are in stock prior to making the purchase.

We offer STORE CREDIT on items returned within 90 days excluding needles/hooks/patterns which may not be returned or exchanged.  To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tag (s) attached and unrolled (meaning yarn balls must be unused and not rolled from a skein to a ball). The customer is responsible for paying for return shipping.  No cash refunds will be offered, however, if your item (s) arrive to you damaged please contact us right away and we will remedy and replace ASAP.  Store credits have no expiration and are transferrable.

Discounted Products
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately items purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged.  Full projects you wish to return that have had a custom pattern made will have a 15% restocking fee.
