This magnificent fiber is machine washable and works up amazingly for Zoe’s Eyelet blanket! Our little Zoe has had hers since she was a babe, making it 17 years old and still looking GREAT! Real, 100% Cashmere is naturally lanolin free so it’s not itchy nor does it shed making it PERFECT for blankets to wrap up a person of ANY age.
Cashmere (as with all natural, lanolin free fibers) are cozy against the skin and don’t pose the same horrible risks as synthetic fibers :-)
